Found out that a Civic Hybrid has 8 spark plugs, and they are not cheap! But, you only have to change them every 110,000 miles, so not so bad. But, any major service on a car these days is going to run $400-600, so be prepared. As always, Precision's Ben was helpful and accomodating. We made an appointment on the telephone, and everything was done on time and under budget. That's why I take all four of my family's Hondas and Toyotas to Precision.

Coming here for years. Always treat me well, keep my cars running their best, provide tips as to upcoming that I should know about. Very satisfied. I'll be back.

Took my 2011 Honda Accord here today for the first time and boy was I impressed! Ben, helped me from the moment I walked in the door to the time he checked me out, handed me my keys and wished me a great weekend. Ben was professional, nice and efficient. Since the service I was there for was minor, I just parked myself in their clean/comfortable waiting room, made my self some *good* coffee (something hard to find at any auto place) and was able to work until my car was ready. I felt very accommodated and really appreciate being able to keep going with my work day AND get my car serviced ... normally I'd have to choose one or the other. I will definitely be returning for all of my further service/repair needs. Thanks Ben & Precision!

I had my brake work done here and had to come back for tuning a few times. The front desk staff was courteous, patient and professional. They do honor their repair warranty. So you don't have to worry that they would do a lousy repair on your car.

I called in on a Tuesday for routine maintenance. Got a Wednesday appointment (before July 4). When I drop my car off at 7:15am told them I had overbooked myself. Unfortunately only had an hour between 2-3pm to pick up. What could I do? Was told they would try to have the car ready and they did!The team A Precision Auto are always professional, on-time and keep the customer well informed!

Aloha! After leaving the Bay Area for the island of Oahu, I had to find a new mechanic for my 1994 Honda Civic, which has over 440k miles on it, since Precision Auto Repair probably wouldn't send a tech out to Hawaii for maintenance. Maybe they would have. I should have asked. But, I went ahead and found a dealer who could perform a standard tune-up. The tuneup went well, and Pflueger Honda was very impressed with the previous mechanics (Precision did most of the work on my car). Mahalo, Precision!

As usual, my repairs were taken care of in a timely manner, with the perfect courtesy that I've come to expect from Precision Auto, but I've never found anywhere else.
