Tyler's attention to customer service (everyone is important) is a wonderful/refreshing exception to what we've become used to. I wish I could find a counterpart for every business I deal with!

I have been going to precision auto since 2002. My family just bought 3 new cars and will be serviced by precision auto. The whole staff has been very knowledgeable over the Yrs. And provided excellent service.

It's the little things that count! Not only did Precision do an excellent job rekeying my car after the keys were stolen, they gave me regular updates, and were committed to ensuring my car was kept safe until the job was done. You guys ROCK!!!

Precision Auto Repair gets 5 stars every day and any year. I began service with these people my first Honda I bought new in 1979. I then lived in Pleasanton and a flyer was left on my door.Since 1979 Precision Auto has been the ONLY shop servicing 3 more new Honda products through a tremendous number of miles. My last was a 2000 Acura I drove to 211,000 and still sold to a next door neighbor who was begging to buy this car. I would not think of buying any car I could not have serviced by Precision and now am driving my first Lexus... though bought used this time. I have never been misled on a needed repair or encouraged to make unnecessary repairs. I moved away from Pleasanton in the late 80's but still come back to Precision Auto Repair.In the "old" days Precision posted letters in their waiting room. A father wrote... this is the only shop I could send my 16 year old daughter into and know she would be honestly taken care of.
