I brought my 2016 Acura RDX here for B15 service this week. Thank you Ken for all your help with rental car service I was able to get to work and back. This was my first time here and for sure I will be back for the next maintenance service..?

Last year, after replacing the front suspension on my Subaru, it consistently made a rattling noise while driving. I took it back to the same repair shop for another check, but the problem persisted. On the morning of June 1st, without an appointment, I went to Precision Auto Repair for inspection and repair. At 3 PM, they notified me to pick up my car and showed me the repair video. It showed that the rattling noise was caused by loose bolts on the suspension bracket. The problem was solved, and the rattling noise has stopped. I only paid $133.35 for the inspection. I am very satisfied and grateful for Precision Auto Repair's excellent service. After I returned the car to the shop, they even sent a car to take me home.

Super rave for *Precision Auto Repair* at 164 Wyoming Street! Having recently moved to Pleasanton, I searched a Pleasanton Facebook group’s posts for a good place to take my Honda for service. Thank you to whoever suggested Precision. Kevin and team went above and beyond even great responsiveness, communication and service: They were honest in saying I wouldn’t need new back tires until after summer… And when I got home, I noticed an unexpected repair of a minor framing issue I hadn’t even mentioned to them—something that had been bugging me for a couple of years! I’d been afraid I’d never find an amazing shop to replace my previous fave, Moraga Motors, in my old town. I’m thankful to have found Precision, that obviously cares about long-term customer relationships.🙏🏽💙🚘
