Service was quick and easy to schedule, and the front desk staff was friendly and helpful in coordinating the initial drop-off. However, they were unavailable to arrange a return pick-up, which was inconvenient. There was some confusion regarding their shuttle service availability, which I later learned is only available until noon, not informed during scheduling or drop off... While the inspection and minor service were reasonably performed, it didn’t fully address the concerns I had raised and felt that I had to reemphasize during pick up.
