There was a snafu with the scheduling software so had to push out my appointment. Staff was friendly and the work completed was quick and satisfactory. I will be taking my car back here for a smog check also.

As always, the staff at Precision Auto diagnose my problem quickly and perform the necessary repairs in a timely manner. I never have the fear that the charges for their excellent service are unfair. Quite the contrary, I am often surprised that their invoice is not more! They also offer transportation to or from my home. THAT is a real bonus. I always have an amazing experience when I take my car in for servicing. The staff is very polite and knowledgeable. They do not try to make you do unnecessary services on your car. They have always told me what I need to take care of immediately and what can wait till my next service.
